We are currently open to the public. All customers visiting a TCOC office must wear a face mask or covering while in the office, and be free of COVID-19 symptoms. We continue to take applications remotely and are scheduling in-person appointments. Only one person will be allowed at an appointment, as we are limiting the number of people in the building.

Appointments for October are limited to individuals with disabilities, families with children ages 5 years and under, and households that are disconnected from their utilities, have a disconnection notice or have less than 25% in their propane tank.
If you do not meet the criteria above, your application will not be taken in October. Please schedule an appointment for after November 1, 2026.
