Housing Outreach Worker

Schedule: 40 hrs./week

The Housing Outreach Worker will work out of our LaSalle office and partner with local homeless and domestic violence shelters to assist individuals in obtaining housing and provide case management services to build goals to ensure housing is affordable and sustained to prevent future homelessness.
An Associate’s Degree in Social Services or related field or equivalent experience is required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, insured transportation, and be willing to travel. Being bilingual is a plus.
