Outreach Workers

Job Description: Do you have a passion for helping people? If you answered yes, we have a few jobs open that would be perfect for you! • Housing Outreach Worker (1) – will work out of our LaSalle office and partner with local homeless and domestic violence shelters to assist individuals in obtaining housing and provide case management services to build goals to ensure housing is affordable and sustained to prevent future homelessness. • Community Outreach Workers (2) – provide customer engagement activities to eligible individuals and provide information and referrals on community resources and emergency assistance to meet the basic needs of individuals and families living in LaSalle County. An Associate’s Degree in Social Services or related field or equivalent experience is required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, insured transportation, and be willing to travel. Being bilingual is a plus.
