Are you self-motivated and ready to motivate others to become self-sufficient? Join our team as a Community Outreach Worker in our Rochelle Office. The Community Outreach Worker will provide case management services to eligible individuals, provide information and referrals on community resources as well as emergency assistance to meet the basic needs of clients with lower incomes. An Associate’s Degree in Social Services or related field or the equivalent in experience is required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, insured transportation, be willing to travel locally, and be able to complete a Family & Community Development certification process. Bilingual is a plus.
